You’ll get the opportunity to tell me about your goals and dreams, your biggest frustrations and barriers and what you specifically want to achieve from working with me. You’ll also tell me a bit about yourself so we can streamline the next step…


  • 1 x 60-min private coaching session with me via video call: We’ll dive straight into getting clear on what’s most important to you by talking about your questionnaire answers and then heading straight into the really juicy stuff. We’ll focus on how you can start identifying ways to make your life more intentional and I’ll share some really simple methods and insights that will help get you unstuck and feeling energised. You’ll be able to put it into action right away and will feel confident to go into the next step…


  • Homework: This is where you get ridiculously clear on what is most important to you and how much time you’re actually spending on those things. You’ll continue the work we started during the call to look at your priorities, your dreams and even your language use. You’ll find confidence in yourself again as you start seeing how simple things can change how you feel, think and approach your life.


  • 1 x 30-min follow-up call: A few weeks later, we’ll chat about what you’ve learned about your time and where you spend it, but also what steps you’ve taken towards your intentional life. You’ll feel the sense of success you rightly deserve after digging deep into your values, and you’ll finish our work feeling confident and much more balanced. We’ll finish the session by setting some goals (the right kind) you want to go forwards to achieve to keep up your momentum.
  • Recorded session: You’ll get access to recordings of each video call so you can refer back to these recordings as many times as you wish.
